When you visit my website, technical information is automatically collected by your browser (IP address, browser type, date/time). Since storing the IP address can already be considered personal data, it is included here as part of this Privacy Policy.

When using the contact form, the following data is requested and processed:

• Name

• Email address

• Information about the animal (name, species, age)

• Up to 3 photos of the animal

• Free‑text field (description, questions)

This information is used solely to process your request and to prepare an animal communication session. Your data is not shared with third parties.

Server log files (including IP addresses) are automatically collected by my hosting systems and stored for a technically necessary period to maintain the security and stability of the website. They are subsequently deleted.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Processing is carried out in accordance with the principles of the GDPR (necessity, transparency, purpose limitation).

Purposes include:

• Responding to your request

• Preparing your animal communication

• Follow‑up communication (questions, scheduling)

Your data is stored only as long as necessary to process your request. Under GDPR, collected data must be deleted once it is no longer needed.

Photos and messages submitted through the contact form are deleted once the communication is completed.

Squarespace uses technical cookies that are required for the operation of the website. Such necessary cookies do not require consent. Tracking cookies may only be used with prior consent.

As I do not use tracking tools such as Google Analytics, no cookie banner is required.

If tracking is added later, a cookie banner will be implemented.

7. Transfer to Third Parties / Data Processing Agreements

Your data is not shared with third parties.
Form data is technically processed on the servers of Squarespace Inc. (USA/EU). Data may be transferred to the USA. Squarespace uses EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR and processes personal data on my behalf in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

This site uses SSL encryption, as required by GDPR, to ensure secure data transmission.
